We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will take a strategic and hands-on approach to data analysis. You will work closely with stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and develop advanced analytics solutions to support the company’s goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development of data analysis frameworks and best practices to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct complex exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify trends and patterns.
- Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources and platforms.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex data insights into strategic recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Dashboard & Report Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Project Ownership: Lead the development of new data initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve data processing efficiency.
- OSINT & Emerging Data Sources: Leverage open-source intelligence (OSINT) and alternative data sources to enhance analytical insights.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and predictive modeling.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
- Understanding of ETL processes, APIs, and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting insights to senior executives and external clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with NLP, AI/ML models, and advanced analytics techniques.
